DC X SLAM CITY COLLECTION LAUNCH RECAP

March 07,2017

We headed to London last week to kick off the DC x Slam City Collaboration with a number of fun events all over the city. Things got started on Friday night with a Love Park theme photo exhibit by legendary skate photographer Mike Blabac at Slam City. DC’s Josh Kalis and John Shananhan were able to mingle with everyone in the London skate scene. We continued Saturday with a in-store singing with Josh and Mike where people had the oppurtinty to leave with a Love Park themed keepsake. From Slam City Skates, we headed to the iconic South Bank to unveil the Love Park inspired bump to can we recreated with painstaking detail. The reaction of the skaters and onlockers was overwhelming.  It was a great weekend of events all centered around celebrating skateboarding and the new DC x Slam City collection. Watch video recap and gallery below.
